On the third floor of the Kodokan International Judo Center are the rooms for staying. There are five rooms for use during training camps. Each can take care of twenty people.
There are also rooms with bathes (twin, single) available for instructors, and also for judo players
when no camp is in session.
The lodging fees are as follows:

| Deluxe single room : | 1 night / person | 5,000 yen |
| Deluxe twin room : | 1 night / room | 9,000 yen |
